The first step to scheduling an appointment is to complete a phone consultation by calling or emailing our clinic during regular business hours. Open communication is key. We encourage you to express your concerns to your counselor. They are not able to make adjustments if they are not aware of your concerns. We recommend giving your counselor 2-3 sessions before deciding they aren’t a good fit for you. However, please don’t hesitate to let us know of your concerns immediately so we can develop a plan of action. Counselors are supervised by faculty members to provide extra support and guidance.

You definitely can! Your counselor will complete a semester transfer request form with you to start counseling in the new semester. Please remember you will have a new counselor in the new semester.

You can communicate with your counselor via the secure messaging system in the portal. Otherwise, please email counseling@9555009.com or call 512-428-1242 to let us know what you would like your counselor to know and we will pass on the information.

We do not accept insurance since we offer low-cost counseling services.
